Since 2011, he has held senior HR managerial roles across industries including Construction and Retail, where he successfully designed, built, and strengthened corporate structures and workforce strategies.

He holds a Doctorate in Training & Development along with an MBA specializing in Human Resources and Marketing. By combining academic excellence with hands-on industry expertise, he delivers strategic insight that drives business growth, operational efficiency, and sustainable workforce solutions for clients.

Guided by determination and resilience, Vijay Kumar Yadav is known for transforming challenges into strategic opportunities.
